How to make household samosa dough


Ingredients

    2 cups of flour

    A cup of warm water

    1/4 cup of oil

    Half a teaspoon of baking powder

How to prepare

    Add the oil to the mixture, then add the water gradually while kneading
    Take the ingredients well until you get a soft and coherent dough
    Cover the dough and leave it in a bowl greased with oil for half an hour until you rest and make it easier
    Sprinkle a surface with a little flour and cut the dough into small balls and spread it with a thin thickness

How to make samosa with chicken


    1 kilogram of chopped chicken (or boiled and cut chicken)
    3 onions (minced)
    2 cloves of garlic (minced)
