Al -Manaqish dough ingredients


    1 tablespoon of yeast
    1/2 teaspoon of sugar
    2 1/2 cup of flour
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    3/4 cup of milk
    1/4 cup of oil

How to make Al -Manaqish


To prepare the dough

To make pepper sauce

    Wash the pepper, dry, and apply with a little oil, then put in the oven for 25 minutes
    Put the pepper in a deep bowl and cover with plastic paper with the provisions of the closure and leave for 15 minutes, then peel and remove the seeds
    Put on medium heat and leave for about two minutes until the sauce is concentrated
    Mix the pepper sauce with chili and thyme in a deep bowl, stirring until the ingredients overlap
    Al -Manaqish is applied with pepper sauce and served warm

Tips for making a wonderful manner
