    2 cups of flour
    1 1/3 cup of warm water
    2 teaspoons of instant yeast
    2 teaspoons of sugar
    2 tablespoons of custard powder

How to make crunchy dumplings


    Sift the flour, then add the custard, instant yeast, sugar, and salt, and mix them well
    Gradually pour the water during kneading and knead it well until you get a heavy texture
    Cover the dumplings dough and leave it to brew until it doubles in size
    Take it again until the excess air comes out of it
    Put the frying oil on the fire until it becomes warm, put small balls of dough in the oil, and fry it until it becomes light blond, stirring from time to time until it is tender from all sides
    Take the dumplings out of the oil and leave it to cool completely
    Heat the oil, fry the dumplings again, and stir it from time to time until it becomes golden and get the distinctive crunch
    Serve the crunchy dumplings with powdered sugar, chocolate sauce or honey, and sherbet (diameter), and enjoy the wonderful flavor with your guests

The work of the syrup for the dumplings


    2 cups of sugar
    1 cup of water
    Lemon juice
    2 tablespoons of white honey

Put sugar, water, and lemon juice on the fire for 7 minutes after boiling, then add the white honey

Raise the syrup from the heat and leave it to cool completely before putting it on the dumplings
