    1/2 cup of caramel sauce

How to make carrot cake and nuts


    Write the oven at 170 ° C
    Put eggs, white sugar, brown and vanilla in a deep bowl and whisk them well until the ingredients are homogeneous

To make carrot cake sauce

    Put the whipping cream and powdered sugar in a deep bowl and whisk them well until you get a creamy consistency
    Whisk the cream cheese until the lumps disintegrate and get a texture like the cream, then add it to the whipping cream
    Add vanilla, then whisk the ingredients well until completely homogeneous
    Put half the amount of caramel sauce, then whisk again until it interferes with the rest of the ingredients, then put the sauce in the refrigerator to hold until the cake cools down
