    2 and 1/2 cup of flour
    1/4 cup of sugar
    1 tablespoon instant yeast
    2 egg yolks
    3 tablespoons of oil or butter
    2/3 cup of warm milk
    1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
    A pinch of salt

How to make donuts in the oven


    Put the flour, a pinch of salt, yeast and sugar in a deep bowl and mix them well
    Add the egg yolks, oil, vanilla and milk, then knead them well for 10 minutes until you get a soft and fragile dough texture
